When traveling by air to Bungalows Lydia
The most convenient airport to fly into is Puerto Vallarta Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).
Car Rental
Plan to rent a car, if possible, to travel from the airport to Bungalows Lydia. It frees you up to explore the town of San Pancho and beyond. For a little extra charge, rental cars can be dropped off right at Bungalows Lydia. You can rent a car at the Puerto Vallarta airport, in Bucerias, or in nearby Sayulita. Location
Located two miles north of the traditional village of San Pancho (San Francisco), ten minutes from the surfing town of Sayulita and just 45 minutes north of the international airport in Puerto Vallarta, Bungalows Lydia is a truly peaceful retreat a world away.
San Pancho
San Pancho features cobblestone streets and offers grocery stores, great restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, Internet cafes, local crafts, a regional hospital, and cash machines. Most of your daily needs can be met within five minutes of Bungalows Lydia.
Sayulita
San Pancho's nearest neighbor to the south, Sayulita, is just 10 minutes away. This popular little town boasts gorgeous beaches, upscale shopping, lots of restaurants and bars, and year-round surfing.
Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, Guayabitos/La Penita
From San Pancho, you can drive 30 miles to Puerto Vallarta along well-maintained Highway 200. About halfway, you pass through the pretty seaside city of Bucerias. Or drive 20 miles north to the delightful seaside city of Guayabitos/La Penita.
