Policies

Payment Policies:

 

  • All prices are U.S. dollars.

  • Prices listed are per night, tax included.

  • A minimum stay of three nights is required.

  • 50% of your total is due as down payment when you make your reservation request. If you cancel a confirmed reservation one month before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 80% of this amount. (We keep 20% of the initial deposit to pay for credit-card fees and government taxes.) Reservations that are canceled within 30 days of the arrival date will forfeit the ENTIRE down payment.

  • The remaining 50% of the total is due at your arrival. Automatic cash machines (ATMs) are located at the airport in Puerto Vallarta, in Bucerias, in nearby Sayulita, and even in San Pancho. (To find cash during high season, you may have to stop at more than one ATM.)

  • We accept payment in Mexican pesos ONLY, and the exchange rate for the entire amount is set at the time of the original booking. That is, later fluctuations in exchange rates will not change the amount that you owe IN PESOS.  This is true even though the total amount is quoted to you in U.S. dollars.

 

 

Suite Policies

  • Smoking is not allowed in any of the suites.

  • Check-in time for suites is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.

  • We love pets, but unfortunately we can't allow our guests to bring theirs.

  • Any special requirements that you have must be spelled out in the "Special Requirements" textbox at the time of booking.
